End Goal: Awareness of what mind/body do automatically in pressure situations and tangible actions to take back control.

Purpose: Understand that your words, actions, and body language affect the confidence, Competitiveness, and focus of you, your teammates, and your opponents.

 

End Goal: Awareness of potential weaknesses that affect you, your teammates, and your opponents, as well as a plan to improve these areas.
