5 Session Program designed to help you perform at your best in high-pressure situations. 


Sessions can take place in person at our office inside of Pro X in Westfield Indiana, at our home office, at a remote location of your choice, or live 1-on-1 Zoom sessions. 


Program Structure

  • Session 1 - Initial consultation, mental skills assessment, and individual program objectives.  If you like it, we continue. If you are not satisfied FOR ANY REASON, you get 100% of your money back. Guaranteed. No questions asked. 

  • Session 2 - Focus Cycle: Ben Carnes' customized framework used to control your mind and body in high-pressure situations.

  • Sessions 3 & 4 - New Skills. New Tools. These sessions are customized to each athlete and their sport.

  • Session 5 - Mental skills assessment, packet creation so that you have a paper copy of everything you have learned and implemented, and suggested growth plan for the future.
