Serving athletes, coaches, and business leaders nationwide through workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, and certification programs.
For over 20 years, Matt Hallock has been building bridges in talent development and strengthening relationships through connecting talented people to opportunity, guiding college students into careers, and coaching athletes to unlock their full potential. Whether he's shaping recruitment strategies for Fortune 100 & 500 companies or working one-on-one with a softball/baseball player on their swing mechanics and approach, Matt brings the same energy: a deep belief that with the right guidance, people can achieve more than they thought possible.
His professional career spans talent acquisition, recruitment, and career readiness across multiple industries. He's worked with top organizations in Bank of America, JPMC and our governments Department of Defense to build high-performing teams, developed recruitment strategies that last, and mastered the tools of modern hiring—from AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT and Claude to applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Workday, and Taleo. But Matt's real expertise isn't in the software—it's in the relationships. He knows how to identify potential, develop talent, and help people step confidently into the next chapter of their careers.
Beyond corporate recruiting, Matt is deeply invested in preparing the next generation through impact, guidance and empowerment. As an elected member of The Board of Counselors at the University of Tampa, an Executive Sales Coach for the university's Institute for Sales Excellence, and additionally an employer partner in Career Readiness with the University of South Florida's Bellini Center for Talent Development and Enhancement U, he works directly with college students to help them transition from campus to career with clarity and confidence.
But Matt's impact doesn't stop at the desk. A former collegiate All-American at Mount Saint Mary College and 2014 Hall of Fame inductee, he's spent years coaching baseball and softball athletes across the country. He traveled nationally coaching elite travel fastpitch softball with the OC Batbusters organization and studied under MLB consultant Dr. Philip Stotter, specializing in lower extremity biomechanics. Today, he works with youth, high school, college, and professional athletes - combining vision training, biomechanics, kinesiology, and mental performance coaching through Mental Training Plan to help hitters perform at their highest level.
Matt's coaching philosophy mirrors his approach to career development: success isn't just about talent—it's about preparation, mindset, and resilience. He teaches athletes and students to trust their training, stay composed under pressure, and believe in the process.
Whether he's helping a recent graduate land their first job, building a talent pipeline for a growing company, or coaching an athlete through a slump, Matt Hallock shows up with the same purpose: to equip people with the tools, confidence, and support they need to succeed.
If you're a student preparing for your career, an organization looking to build a stronger team, or an athlete ready to take your game to the next level, Matt is ready to help you get there.
