Free Discovery Call

We start with a short call to understand the athlete, the sport, and the moments that matter most. We’ll talk about current challenges, pressure points, and goals—and decide together if this is a good fit.

No sales pitch. No commitment. Just clarity.

Initial Consultation

We begin with a mental skills assessment to identify how the athlete currently responds to pressure mentally, emotionally, and physically.

From there, we:

 

  • Identify strengths and gaps

  • Clarify performance goals

  • Build a custom mental training plan, not a generic program


This becomes the roadmap for how we train the mind and body to stay in control when it matters most.

Monthly Training
($500 Per Month)
No Minimum, Cancel Anytime

Each month includes:
 

Two training sessions 

  • Focused on confidence, focus, body control, pressure performanace, etc.
     

Two weekly check-ins 

  • Quick texts/calls for accountability, or longer conversations when something isn’t working


4 points of contact every month.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What actually happens in a session?

You’ll meet 1-on-1 with a certified coach who understands athletes and knows what it takes to perform under pressure. Together, you’ll break down what’s holding you back and build a plan using mental performance tools that actually work in the heat of competition.

Is this like therapy?

Nope. This is mental training—not mental health care. It’s about learning skills to perform better in sports. If you're struggling off the field with anxiety, depression, or trauma, we’ll help you find the right support for that. But here, we focus on performance. You’ll leave each session with tools to take back control of your mind and body so you can perform at your best. Will this help with some of those areas related to mental health? Absolutely.

What age or level is this for?

Our program is built for high school and college athletes. We spend a lot of time working with athletes who want to play at the next level. Most middle school athletes can handle the program, but we do not work with athletes under the age of 11. We also work with individual athletes at the professional level—especially in sports like golf and racing. For team sport athletes who get drafted, they usually join their own support squad that includes mental performance professionals. Your coach will personalize everything to your age, experience, and goals.

Can parents be involved?

Absolutely. If you have not checked out the Parents Page be sure to take a look and even sign up for the Free Parent Pack Download. With younger athletes, we usually include parents in the second half of the first session so everyone’s on the same page. After that, our focus shifts to helping the athlete take ownership of their own mindset.


Because mom and dad aren’t on the field during competition, athletes need to learn how to take control for themselves—not depend on someone else to get them locked in. That said, we do encourage quick check-ins between sessions to keep communication strong on both sides.

Is this just talking, or do I get tools?

You’ll leave every session with something to apply—tools like the Focus Cycle, a Go-To Statement, reset plans, cue cards, or pregame routines. This isn’t just theory. It’s training.


And like any kind of training, it only works if you put in the reps. There will be simple things to work on between sessions to help you take ownership of your mindset and actually see results.
